You’ll recruit, train and coach staff, supervise opening and closing, manage payroll, optimize visual displays and uphold brand standards while building a positive, motivated team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and ability to drive sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team coaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise sales floor, stockroom, and operations with focus on customer service.
