Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Norfolk is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to grow sales through rental agreements and new customer prospects. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store and at customers' homes, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

The role includes managing deliveries and pickups, merchandising, and ensuring safety and efficiency in all loading processes. Requires 1–3 years of retail or sales experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a "white glove" service approach.
• Handle deliveries & pickups, loading/unloading and installation of products following procedures.
• Merchandise the store to keep items organized and presentable for customers.
