Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager in the Toledo area. You will drive sales through rental agreements and build new customer relationships while delivering exceptional, friendly service in-store and at customers' homes.

You’ll handle deliveries, pickups, and installations with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining inviting store merchandising, supporting team members, and promoting a culture of service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail or customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through rental agreements and new customer prospecting.
• Deliver friendly, top-notch customer service with a 'white glove' approach.
• Manage deliveries, pickups, and installation following safety procedures.
• Maintain an inviting, clean in-store merchandising presentation.
