Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales growth through rental agreements and to cultivate new business while delivering exceptional customer service in-store and at customers' homes. You will manage deliveries, pickups, and installations, ensuring safety and compliance.

Merchandising must keep the store inviting and organized for customers and coworkers alike. Minimum requirements include 1–3 years of retail or sales experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and

• Deliveries & pickups, loading/unloading and installation following safety procedures.
