Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales growth through rental agreements and by expanding our customer base. You will deliver white-glove customer service in stores and in customers’ homes, including deliveries, pickups, and product installations, following safety procedures.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift and move products. Weekday or weekend shifts and a consistent schedule are typical.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old; valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and new business.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences in-store and in customers' homes.
• Handle deliveries, pickups, and installations following safety procedures.
• Maintain an inviting store with organized product displays and cleanliness.
