Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive rental sales and deliver white-glove customer service. You will grow revenue through new and existing accounts, coordinate deliveries, pickups, and in-home installations, and maintain an inviting store environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail or sales, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. You will work in a fast-paced team with great benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail or customer service, sales, or related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and move products and merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through completed rental agreements and new business development.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant's heart.
• Handle deliveries, pickups, and in-home installations while following safety procedures.
