Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in supervising store operations, recruiting, managing, training, and driving sales. They help create a positive shopping environment, develop team talent, oversee daily operations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assist in developing and retaining top talent.
• Maintain a positive work environment and high store morale.
• Coach and train sales associates.
• Support hiring processes and performance management.
• Oversee daily store operations and merchandise flow.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Lead initiatives to meet sales and operational goals.
• Create a great in-store customer experience and handle customer complaints.
