Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates Express and Bonobos; Cross Creek store in Fayetteville, NC seeks a Store Manager to drive all aspects of the customer experience and store operations. You will attract, develop and lead talent, ensure high-quality customer experiences, and manage daily operations including merchandising and safety.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of store-management experience with $3M+ annual sales, proven sales growth ability, and strong recruitment/-training skills;

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Drive and guide all aspects of the customer experience and store operations; identify, develop and lead talent; ensure consistently high-quality customer experiences; manage daily operations; maintain store policies and safety; lead merchandising and visual presentation; analyze business and execute action plans.

• Customer and Associate Experience - Build an environment that delivers exceptional customer experiences; lead, model, teach and coach for consistent customer engagement; create a proactive customer engagement culture; display expert knowledge of product, policies, promotions and loyalty programs; lead team education on customer and associate experience; manage product launches and visual standards; resolve complaints; drive loyalty and credit‑card acquisition; create positive in‑store experiences.
• Execution - Analyze business and execute action plans; manage daily store operations; ensure clarity on goals; direct workload; enforce company policies and safety; oversee merchandise flow and omni‑channel operations; optimize sales and operations; ensure effective schedules; manage expenses, loss prevention and safety standards.

Essential Qualifications
