Rent-A-Center in Texas is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive rental sales and deliver exemplary customer service. You will contribute to in-store operations, support deliveries and pickups, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

The role focuses on growing revenue through completed rental agreements, excellent customer interactions, and a strong emphasis on service in-store and in customers' homes. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sales growth through completed rental agreements and new business prospecting.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a "white glove" service.
• Deliveries and pickups: loading/unloading and installation while following procedures.
• Merchandising: keep store inviting and organized for customers and coworkers.
