Rent-A-Center in Houston is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and by prospecting new customers. You will deliver friendly, high-quality service in our stores and in customers' homes.

The role includes deliveries and pickups, merchandising, and maintaining an inviting store atmosphere. Candidates should have 1–3 years in retail or sales, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license for vehicle duties.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license with good driving record; you will be driving company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sales: drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and new customer prospecting.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant's heart.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely and compliantly in stores and in customers' homes.
