Rent-A-Center in Austin, TX is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to drive growth through rental agreements and new business. You’ll deliver white-glove customer service in-store and in customers’ homes, coordinate deliveries and pickups, and keep the showroom inviting.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail or customer service, a high school diploma, age 18+, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift and move furniture and appliances.
