Rent-A-Center seeks a Sales Assistant Manager in the Dallas area to drive sales through rental agreements and new business development. You will deliver white-glove customer service in-store and in customers'' homes, coordinating deliveries and merchandising to keep an inviting, organized store environment.

The role emphasizes energetic sales growth, strong communication with customers, and reliable teamwork to support daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver''s license and good driving record (you will be driving company vehicles).
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Responsible for sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service with a servant''s heart in our stores and in customer''s homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Loading/unloading and installation of products, while following all handling and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness with both customers and fellow coworkers in mind.
