Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales growth through rental agreements and new customer growth. You will deliver premium customer experiences, both in-store and in customers' homes, with a focus on service quality and sustainable merchandise presentation.

You will also coordinate deliveries, pickups, loading/unloading, and product installation, while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment and supporting merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; valid state driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sales: drive growth through rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Customer Service: deliver friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant’s heart in store and at customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely and compliantly.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting, organized store with cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
