Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales growth through rental agreements and new customer acquisition. You will deliver exceptional customer service in-store and in customers’ homes, coordinate deliveries and pickups, and ensure the showroom is inviting and well merchandised.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail experience or related sales/customer service roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Provide friendly, top-tier customer experiences with a servant's heart.
• Handle deliveries, pickups, loading/unloading and installation following safety procedures.
• Maintain an inviting, clean merchandising environment for customers and coworkers.
