Job summary

Rent-A-Center seeks a Sales Assistant Manager to grow sales through rental agreements and new business. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences with a servant's heart in-store and in customers' homes, and handle deliveries, pickups, and installations.

You will also keep the store inviting and organized while collaborating with teammates to meet ongoing business needs. The role emphasizes service, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and new business prospecting.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a 'white glove' service.
• Handle deliveries and pickups, including installation and safe loading/unloading.
• Maintain an inviting, clean, well-organized store and assist teammates.
