Qualifications

• Must read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Experience in retail or grocery store environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Maintain store areas and ensure seasonal displays are maintained.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain fixtures, displays, and loss prevention.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and maintain records including payroll and scheduling.
• Supervise and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
