Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 1694 at The Shops of Saddle Creek in Germantown, TN. You will support the customer experience, lead on the sales floor, and help shape a strong store culture for associates.

You will mentor and coach team members, promote inclusive service, use technology to enable omnichannel shopping, and assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and development.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience.
