Job summary

LOFT in Germantown, TN is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and shape a strong store culture. You’ll lead on the sales floor and model LOFT brand behaviors to engage customers and assist teammates.

You will recruit, hire, and develop talent, use tools and reporting to drive operational excellence, and build relationships with customers and associates. This role offers monthly bonuses and employee discounts, with opportunities for advancement.
