The role focuses on daily collections, delivering white-glove service, in-store merchandising, and ensuring a safe, compliant operation while driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record — You WILL be driving the company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: Positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant's heart in our stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Load/unload and install products safely and compliantly, demonstrating a winning spirit.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
