Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to positively impact growth by communicating with customers and collecting on accounts. You will provide top-notch customer service in stores and in customers' homes, and assist with deliveries, pickups, and merchandising to maintain an inviting shopping environment.

The role emphasizes a servant's heart, strong communication, and the ability to lift/move products while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

Credit and collections: assist growth and revenue by communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
Customer service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products safely and in compliance with procedures.
Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness with customers and coworkers in mind.
