Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Columbus, GA is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to support credit operations and deliver outstanding service to customers. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver's license with a good driving record; you will be driving company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: communicate with customers and collect on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with white-glove service in-store and at customer homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: assist with loading/unloading and installation of products following safety procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness.
