Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Decatur, GA is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to help customers access quality goods and deliver white-glove service. You will contribute to credit and collections, provide friendly customer experiences, and support deliveries, pickups, and merchandising.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant's heart in stores and homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely and compliantly.
