Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant, drive sales, manage the P&L, and deliver excellent guest and team service. You will recruit, train, and coach staff while ensuring operations are safe, clean, and efficient.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to grow teams in a dynamic quick-service environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Food Safety Certification preferred.
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Microsoft Office and general systems experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L.
• Analyze data and develop plans to improve sales and profits.
• Determine staffing needs and hire the right candidates.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed for consistent operations and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members and managers on operations and policies.
• Provide feedback and coaching to employees on performance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for employees and guests.
