Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Minimum one year of restaurant or retail experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Non-exempt management position with at least 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and build a strong, accountable team.
• Ensure good food and friendly guest experience aligned with Core Values.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls with attention to safety.
• Lead team development, training, and coaching to improve performance.
