Burger King in Sun Prairie, WI seeks an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and deliver outstanding guest service. You will coach a team and work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to ensure smooth shift execution and compliance with brand standards.

The AM will manage inventory, schedule staff, and oversee cash control while ensuring fast, friendly service and a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability influence.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Drive profitability through inventory management, cost controls, and asset maintenance.
• Lead guest experience by ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service in a clean restaurant.
• Coach shifts and team members to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
