Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead profitability efforts: manage inventory, place orders, monitor assets and vendor relations.
• Uphold cash control and security procedures in daily operations.
• Direct guest service to deliver fast, accurate, friendly experiences.
• Coach shifts Coordinators and team members to improve performance.
• Oversee operations to ensure efficient product preparation and timely delivery; perform duties of Shift Coordinator when needed.
