Job summary

Bluemont Group, a Dunkin’ Franchisee, is hiring an Assistant Manager in Pigeon Forge, TN to lead shifts, train crew, and manage daily operations. You’ll monitor labor and food costs, ensure quality and safety, and support the General Manager in driving sales.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll coach staff, implement promotions, and keep standards high from 4 a.m. to 11 p.m., with weekend shifts and open/close responsibilities. This role prepares you for future restaurant leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a restaurant, QSR, or retail setting.
• Ability to make good calls under pressure and explain them to your team.
• Strong conflict resolution and feedback delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts on the floor, including drive-thru and the morning rush
• Help your GM hire, train and cross-train Crew Members and Shift Leaders
• Coach the team, recognize wins and handle performance issues quickly and fairly
• Keep every shift on Dunkin’ standards for quality, speed and cleanliness
• Roll out new menu items, promotions and marketing on time
• Control labor, food cost and cash; review results with your GM and plan fixes
• Keep the team and guests safe: food safety, cleanliness and preventive maintenance
• Earn and keep your ServSafe® certification
• Our restaurants are open as early as 4 a.m. and as late as 11 p.m. Hours vary by location and day.
• Opening and closing shifts, early mornings and weekends are part of restaurant management
