Job summary

Bluemont Group, a Dunkin’ Franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Murfreesboro, TN to lead shifts and support the General Manager. You will supervise crew, train staff, and help control labor, food cost and cash while upholding Dunkin’ standards.

The role involves opening/closing shifts, early mornings, and weekends, with opportunities to advance into restaurant management.Competitive benefits and weekly pay are included.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a restaurant, QSR or retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts on the floor, including drive-thru and morning rush.
• Help GM hire, train and cross-train Crew Members and Shift Leaders.
• Coach the team, recognize wins and handle performance issues quickly and fairly.
• Maintain Dunkin’ standards for quality, speed and cleanliness.
• Roll out new menu items, promotions and marketing on time.
• Control labor, food cost and cash; review results with GM and plan fixes.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness and preventive maintenance.
• Earn and keep ServSafe certification.
• Openings/closings; early mornings and weekend shifts.

As a Dunkin’ Assistant Manager with Bluemont Group, a local Dunkin’ franchisee, you’re the General Manager’s right hand. You lead the team through the morning rush, help hire and train, and learn the numbers behind a busy QSR: labor, food cost and cash. This is the role that gets you ready for your own restaurant.

What you’ll do

• Lead shifts on the floor, including drive-thru and the morning rush

• Our restaurants are open as early as 4 a.m. and as late as 11 p.m. Hours vary by location and day.

Must-haves
