Bluemont Group, a Dunkin’ Franchisee, is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to lead morning shifts and support the General Manager in running a busy Dunkin’ restaurant. You’ll learn the numbers behind a QSR, including labor, food cost and cash control, and prepare for future restaurant ownership.

You will coach staff, maintain Dunkin’ standards, roll out promotions, and ensure safety and cleanliness. The role requires early mornings, weekends, and commitment to ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in a restaurant, QSR or retail setting.
• Ability to make quick, clear calls under pressure.
• Capable of giving constructive feedback and resolving conflicts calmly.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts on the floor, including drive-thru and morning rush.
• Assist GM with hiring, training and cross-training Crew Members and Shift Leaders.
• Coach the team and address performance issues quickly and fairly.
