Job summary

Wendy’s in Sparkill, NY is seeking a dynamic restaurant leader to oversee daily operations and a multi‑talented team under the General Manager. Your focus will be staffing, training and scheduling to help build and retain a 5‑star crew that delights customers.

You’ll coach Shift Managers and Crew Members, model Wendy’s culture, and ensure food safety and quality while driving store sales and improving profitability. Travel to nearby locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of years of experience leading people, ideally in foodservice.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proven ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.
• Flexible work availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the restaurant team under the General Manager.
