Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading people, preferably in a foodservice environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.
• Flexible work availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations and staff, focusing on staffing, training and scheduling.
• Coach and develop the team; create a fun, inviting work environment.
• Support the GM in all people and operations areas; ensure high standards and guest satisfaction.
• Drive store sales and profit goals; be the face of the restaurant to new hires.
• Travel to other locations as needed; stand for long periods and operate restaurant equipment.
