Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales growth and accountability for results.

• Strong store merchandising and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable store sales by fostering a patient-focused retail culture.
• Attain plan sales goals and year-over-year growth in comps.
• Train and develop associates to provide patient care-focused experiences.
• Develop a skilled team to support daily operations and doctor relations.
• Increase exams and convert exams to sales through initiatives.
• Ensure proper merchandising, signage, cleanliness, and readiness.
• Maintain accurate pricing, POS accuracy, and timely service delivery.
