Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking Apprentices who aspire to become General Managers by supporting day-to-day restaurant operations and learning how to run a strong business. You will hire, train, and lead teams while delivering a Guest Obsessed experience and maintaining high standards of hospitality.

This role involves learning P&L management, scheduling, sales forecasting, and recruiting, with a typical 50-hour workweek including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Guest obsession and hospitality mindset are essential.
• Strong leadership and people development abilities are required.
• Experience managing a restaurant with scheduling, P&L, food safety, and recruiting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Train and develop crew members using Chipotle’s tools and resources.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, P&L management, sales forecasting, and recruiting.
• Maintain a clean dining room and guest-ready restaurant, upholding safety and compliance.
• Work a 50-hour week, including evenings and weekends with overtime as applicable.
