Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Uphold guest-obsessed hospitality and service standards.
• Lead as the on-duty supervisor, ensuring speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Train and develop crew using Chipotle's training tools.
• Oversee digital order accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including scheduling, P&L, and recruiting.
• Keep dining area clean and restaurant guest-ready.
• Maintain food safety and compliance standards.
• Work a 50-hour week with overtime as needed.
