Krispy Kreme in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will lead a team, supervise operations, and help drive store performance.

You will help recruit, train, onboard, and resolve conflicts while promoting a culture of teamwork and growth for staff on the path to becoming a General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in food service or retail.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of customer-focused employees to deliver a WOW experience.
• Assist General Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, onboarding, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
• Support in-shop accounting tasks including cash handling, reporting, deposits, and inventory control.
• Ensure equipment and resources (production, POS, drive-thru) are operational.
• Maintain shop sanitation and cleanliness; provide exceptional guest service.
