Krispy Kreme is seeking Assistant Managers to inspire customer wonder and support shop operations. You will partner with the General Manager to develop staff, foster teamwork, and achieve location goals, with a path toward becoming a General Manager.

You will lead a team, assist with recruiting and training, manage promotions, handle cash and inventory, ensure equipment readiness, and uphold high sanitation and guest service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years in food service or retail.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of customer-focused employees.
• Assist General Manager with recruiting, onboarding, and dispute resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions.
• Handle shop accounting functions and inventory control.
• Ensure equipment and POS systems are operational.
• Maintain sanitation and provide exceptional guest service.
