America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Store Manager or Senior Store Leader in Saint Paul, MN. You will oversee the optical department, lead a team of opticians and sales associates, manage promotions, and drive sales against goals while maintaining service excellence.

The role emphasizes coaching, staffing, inventory controls, and adherence to company policies to ensure a high-quality customer experience and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in optical sales and supervision preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships.
• Strong understanding of store operations and standards for success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for teams.
• Exceptional customer service and sales focus.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports.
• Proven problem solving across varied scope.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (review P&L).
• Oversee eyeglass department efficiency and compliance with policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service and lead by example.
• Review quality standards, remakes, and enforce policies.
• Communicate store results to General Manager and Corporate Office.
• Manage promotions, advertising and visual merchandising awareness.
• Supervise Opticians and CL Sales associates and daily functions.
• Assist with staffing forecasts, recruiting and retention of staff.
• Motivate associates to exceed performance standards.
• Roles may vary by location to meet licensing requirements.
