Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Store Manager to lead an optical retail location. You will drive sales, oversee the eyeglass department, and ensure high-quality customer service while upholding company policies.

Responsibilities include forecasting staffing needs, coaching staff, managing promotions, and reporting performance to regional leadership. Experience in optical sales and supervision is preferred; strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Optical sales experience with supervisory preference.
• Ability to lead, coach and build relationships.
• Understanding of store operations and standards.
• Strong communication for effective team management.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Able to analyze and interpret financial reports.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems of varied scope.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals.
• Oversee the eyeglass department for efficiency and policy compliance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure associates do the same.
• Review remakes and ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate store reporting to General Manager, District Manager, and Corporate Office.
• Ensure promotions, advertising and visual merchandising are in place.
• Supervise and motivate Opticians and CL Sales associates; ensure day-to-day functions.
• Assist the General Manager with forecasting staffing needs and recruiting.
• Motivate associates to exceed performance standards.
• Duties may vary to meet licensing or credentialing requirements.
