You will assist in managing a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and delivering exceptional guest experiences; we offer a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda store, hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to achieving financial targets and ensure excellent guest experiences; participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
