As an Assistant Manager you will assist the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates to hit financial targets and deliver guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willing to relocate or commute within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified required.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations and direct associates to meet financial goals.
• Oversee hiring, orientation, and daily supervision of staff.
• Complete the store leadership training program (3+ weeks).
