Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store in a fast-paced environment. You will hire, manage, and direct associates to hit financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide a 3 or more weeks of store leadership training to prepare you for success, with ongoing support from our Panda community and mentorship to help you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Serve Safe certified for Food Safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single store and lead associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct staff to ensure smooth store operations.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
