Job summary

Burger King in Houston is hiring for a supervisory role focused on leading a team to deliver excellent guest experiences. You will train new staff, lead engaging team huddles, and ensure service and cleanliness standards are consistently met.

The position requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Strong communication and collaboration with the GM are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues per Burger King standards.
• Motivate employees and manage on-boarding and training.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Speed of Service and guest expectations.
• Maintain welcoming, clean restaurant and product quality.
• Collaborate with GM to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales, scheduling, and QSC compliance.
• Oversee cash handling, HACCP logs, and inventory.
