Job summary

Burger King Corpus Christi is seeking a hands-on leader to guide front-line teams, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will train new team members, coordinate scheduling, and drive adherence to QSC while controlling costs.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, and availability for all shifts including weekends. Join a busy, customer-focused team at our Corpus Christi location.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Ensures daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs are accurate.
• Reviews inventory and orders to optimize costs.
• Implements cost controls and production planning adjustments.
• Addresses employee needs and Operational Assessments.
