Job summary

Burger King is expanding in Corpus Christi and seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. You will lead and train staff, ensure excellent guest service, and balance quality with financial goals.

This role requires strong communication and reliability across all shifts, including weekends and holidays. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to implement action plans, monitor operations, and maintain HACCP standards while fostering a positive team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team.
• Available to work all shifts; weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders—put people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable guest experiences to encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain balance between high-quality service and financial goals.
• Welcome and train new team members for their roles.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Coach team members for ongoing improvement and training.
• Support shift supervisors and prepare them for advancement.
• Acknowledge team achievements and celebrate success.
• Coach for brand service behaviors and provide feedback.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Keep the restaurant welcoming and clean.
• Ensure product quality and operational standards are met.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to maintain QSC.
