Qualifications

• 18+ years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.

• Create great guest experiences by leading the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and grow.
• Maintain BK brand standards and lead day-to-day operations.
• Monitor inventory and assets and ensure cash controls and security protocols.
