In collaboration with the Restaurant General Manager, you will drive performance, uphold BK standards, manage inventory and cash controls, and lead a fast-paced team to deliver friendly, crave-worthy service.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to guest experience and BK standards, with ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and grow capabilities.
• Lead operations by upholding BK brand standards, removing roadblocks, and modeling hands-on leadership.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders and assets, and maintaining cash controls and security protocols.
