Job summary

Lush North America is seeking an Assistant Manager in Los Angeles. As ASM you will work with the Shop Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, lead a passionate team and ensure operational excellence while driving sales and brand integrity.

You will model Lush Leadership Practices, manage shifts, and support development of staff, with focus on inclusivity, ethics, and customer delight in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
• Experience with consultation-based service is a plus.
