Job summary

Flynn Arby’s, part of Flynn Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Colorado Springs to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead a team to deliver outstanding guest service. You will work with the General Manager to manage inventory, scheduling, and labor cost controls while upholding food safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in a food/hospitality setting, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service to guests.

• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls.
• Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets.
