You will manage inventory, schedule labor, uphold food safety and quality, mentor staff, and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming, clean dining environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a food/hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
