KF in Garland, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, train and mentor the team, and deliver memorable customer experiences.

In this role, you'll run daily operations in the RGM's absence, participate in hiring, drive P&L awareness, and ensure food safety and labor efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management, cash control, inventory and labor.
• Provide training resources and performance feedback.

• Model the KFC Connect Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee shift responsibilities and restaurant operations in the RGM's absence.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, promoting equity and belonging.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security and labor.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support health and safety standards and facility maintenance.
